About my Yoga Classes
With so many yoga classes to choose from, it can be confusing and difficult to find what is right for you.  Hopefully the description of the sort of yoga I teach will help you to decide if my classes are what you are looking for.  I’m always available to discuss any questions you may have and you can try your first class for free.
Embodied Yoga Classes
My Embodied Yoga classes invite you to connect with yourself, which in turn will equip you with powerful resources for self-nurturing without judgment and long-term easeful movement.
Everybody can do yoga, but every body is different. Everybody experiences and uses their own body in a unique way. My classes are tailored to every body’s uniqueness. They include lots of modifications, props and an invitation to work at your own pace.
Hatha Style Yoga
Safety, usefulness and fun are my teaching priorities. I teach a practical Hatha style yoga where you are encouraged to explore, enquire and experience yourself from the inside out.
Using your mind, body and breath you will learn how to lengthen, strengthen, realign, balance and let go. Everyday movements and activities become easier, less painful, stress free and more meaningful. The pace of the class is slow to moderate.
Each class has a different focus featuring gentle regular movements, flowing sun salutations, stronger yet achievable poses and the occasional challenging pose which is approached in a safe and supported way.
My wish for you is that, by practicing yoga, you gain confidence, trust, wisdom and peace in your unique body.
Restorative Yoga Classes
Restorative Yoga is just that! It is the practice of conscious resting and relaxing to restore balance to the nervous system. The body is gently supported with props to create sublimely comfortable resting poses where the body can slow down, become calm, find stillness and relax.
Restorative Yoga aims to balance your energy levels whether they be high or low. Busy brains and bodies find calm whilst fatigued brains and bodies find a sense of refreshment and renewal.
These classes will resume when conditions allow.
